
Aunt Elaine's Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
Beat all three ingredients together. Add the following to the mixture:
Pulp from one of Huber’s pumpkins (about 1 1/2 cup) or one small can of pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 can evaporated milk
Beat all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle Cinnamon on top of pie before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until set.
