Death by Chocolate then Raspburied!
1 lb. of unsalted butter
14 oz. chocolate chips
4 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a baking dish. Melt butter and 10 oz. of chocolate chips together over a double broiler. Remove from heat. Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Whisk in flour and salt. Fold in remaining 4 oz. of chocolate. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for about 35 minutes.
1 ½ lbs. semi sweet chocolate chips
16 oz. heavy cream
4 tablespoons Raspberry Infusion
Bring cream to a simmer in small sauce pan, turn off heat and add chocolate and add raspberry infusion. Stir until smooth. Let stand until cool, approximately 30 minutes.
Starting in the center, pour mixture over dessert and serve.
