This fine spirit is produced by traditional methods in small batches from our homegrown peaches.
Careful distillation yields a delicate brandy that is matured in toasted oak casks for more than two years.

This brandy is exceptionally crafted from peaches grow at the Huber orchards. I was fortunate enough to experience it during a tour with Ted and Dana Huber. The brandy is an experience that you should not deny yourself! Highly recommended. Though I wanted it all for myself, I did share with family and friends.
