Huber Heritage Root Beef Stew


Cooked beef cut into 1 inch cubes
5 carrots
6 potatoes
4 parsnips
3 leeks
Beef stock
Huber Heritage Dry Red wine
Beef stew seasoning mix
Salt & pepper


Chop vegetables into nice bite size pieces, cook until almost tender. Add beef stock, wine, seasoning mix, and beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
