Blueberry Sour Cream Pie
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
2-3 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 1/2 cups blueberries
Beat first 6 ingredients together for 5 minutes. Fold in blueberries. Pour
into pie crust and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
Topping:
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. nuts, chopped
Mix all ingredients and sprinkle on pie. Bake 10 additional minutes.
