Grilled Flat Iron Steak

2 -3 lbs. Flat Iron Steak
2 Cups Huber Heritage Red Wine

Marinate steak in Wine for 4 hours. Grill over medium heat until medium rare.

HUNTER’S SAUCE

1 1/2 lbs. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 large shallot – diced
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup Huber Heritage Red Wine
2 large red tomatoes – diced

Cook mushrooms and shallots with butter until tender. Add red wine and cook until reduced by half. Add broth with tomatoes. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve over Flat Iron Steak sliced on bias 3/8 thickness.
