Pumpkin crunch

Pumpkin Crunch Cake

Cooking Time: 1 hour
Serves: 10-12

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
3 ½ – 4 cups pumpkin
1 Pkg. yellow cake mix
1 ½ – 2 sticks margerine
¾ cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

Mix milk, sugar, pumpkin and spices. Add eggs. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Melt margarine and drizzle over cake mix. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Bake 1 hour at 350° until browned.

Tastes great with whipped topping.
