Aunt Elaine’s Pumpkin Pie


2 large eggs slightly beaten
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar

Beat all three ingredients together. Add the following to the mixture:

Pulp from one of Huber’s pumpkins (about 1 1/2 cup) or one small can of pumpkin

1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice

1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 can evaporated milk

Beat all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.

Sprinkle Cinnamon on top of pie before baking. Bake at 400 degrees forapproximately 45 minutes or until set.
