This Chardonel is a dense, well-structured, dry white wine. It’s bursting with aromas of minerals and sweet pineapple. The mineral character compliments the dense body of this wine. Stainless steel fermentation and aging reinforces the rich fruit flavors of pineapple, honeydew, and papaya. The wine finishes long with mild hints of pear, beeswax, and pineapple.
