Our Old Rickhouse Rye Whiskey starts with sweet mash fermentation and distilled in our copper pot stills, this straight small batch Rye Whiskey is aged in new American Oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years, then blended and bottled at 92 proof. The result is a sustainable small batch rye whiskey displaying distinctive hints of sweet caramel and vanilla. The prominent characteristics of rye exhibiting classic spice notes which shine through, making for a long smooth finish.

Taste
Starts off with citrus, butterscotch and salted caramel that softens slowly in the mid palate, with hints of french vanilla, orange peels with sweet toasted oak.
Appearance
Dark amber.
Nose
Rich notes of caramel, citrus and toasted oak.
Finish
Long, warm with rich baking spices.
Rickhouse Cider
Ingredients
3 ounces Huber Apple Cider
2 ounces ginger ale
Apple and/or cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
Fill shaker with ice. Add rye and apple cider. Shake for 15 seconds and then strain into a glass over ice. Top off with ginger ale.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and/or apple slice.
