Our estate-grown Pear Brandy was distilled in 2004 – 2008. It is made by fermenting crushed ripe pears for up to six weeks, and then distilling it twice in our small batch, 80 gallon, Christian Carl copper pot still which preserves its distinctive sweet bouquet. It is then allowed to age then for 10 to 14 years.
