Spring Wine Club Selection

Last Day to join, cancel, or update account information: Feb 25th

Credit cards charged : Beginning Mar 1st

Ship orders processed for shipping: Beginning Mar 1st

First day to pick up orders : Mar 6th

Last day to pick up orders/request shipping : Mar 21st

Original selection no longer guaranteed and substitutions
may be made beginning Mar 22nd

 

Summer Wine Club Selection

Last Day to join, cancel, or update account information: May 6th

Credit cards charged : Beginning May 10th

Ship orders processed for shipping: Beginning May 10th

First day to pick up orders : May 15th

Last day to pick up orders/request shipping : May 30th

Original selection no longer guaranteed and substitutions
may be made beginning May 31st

 

Fall Wine Club Selection

Last Day to join, cancel, or update account information: Aug 12th

Credit cards charged : Beginning Aug 16th

Ship orders processed for shipping: Beginning Aug 16th

First day to pick up orders : Aug 21st

Last day to pick up orders/request shipping : Sept 6th

Original selection no longer guaranteed and substitutions
may be made beginning Sept 7th

 

Winter Wine Club Selection

Last Day to join, cancel, or update account information: Nov 10th

Credit cards charged : Beginning Nov 12th

Ship orders processed for shipping: Beginning Nov 15th

First day to pick up orders : Nov 17th (at Pop’s Pre-Release Party)

Last day to pick up orders/request shipping : Dec. 1st

*Please note: Original wine selections for the Winter quarter are only guaranteed for paid orders through Dec. 1st. Any unclaimed wines at that point will be released for sale and substitutions will be made.

 

All dates subject to change. Watch your HWC email communications for additional information including wine selection and pricing. Unclaimed wines will be made available for sale after the final date specified for pick up. Original Wine selections are not guaranteed, and substitutions may be made based on availability and inventory. Orders that remain unpaid following the initial processing are not guaranteed.
