Spring Wine Club Selection

Last Day to join, cancel, or update account information: Mar. 2nd

Credit cards charged : Beginning Mar 5th

Ship orders processed for shipping: Beginning Mar 6th

First day to pick up orders : Mar. 10th

Last day to pick up orders : Mar 25th

Unclaimed pick-up orders shipped (where permitted by law): Beginning Mar 26th

 

Summer Wine Club Selection

Last Day to join, cancel, or update account information: May 11th

Credit cards charged : Beginning May 14th

Ship orders processed for shipping: Beginning May 15th

First day to pick up orders : May 18th

Last day to pick up orders : June 3rd

Unclaimed pick-up order shipped : (weather permitting/ where permitted by law): Beginning June 4th

 

Fall Wine Club Selection

Last Day to join, cancel, or update account information: Aug. 10th

Credit cards charged : Beginning Aug. 13th

Ship orders processed for shipping : Beginning Aug. 14th

First day to pick up orders : Aug. 18th

Last day to pick up orders : Sept. 2nd

Unclaimed pick-up order shipped (where permitted by law) : Beginning Sept 3rd

 

Winter Wine Club Selection

Last Day to join, cancel, or update account information: Nov. 9th

Credit cards charged : Beginning Nov. 12th

Ship orders processed for shipping: Beginning Nov. 13th

First day to pick up orders : Nov. 14th (at Pop’s Pre-Release Party)

*Please note: Original wine selections for the Winter quarter are only guaranteed for paid orders through Nov. 28th. Any unclaimed wines at that point will be released for sale and substitutions will be made.

Last day to pick up orders : Nov. 28th

Unclaimed pick-up orders may be shipped beginning 6th (substitute wines may be shipped)

 

All dates subject to change. Watch your HWC email communications for additional information including wine selection and pricing. Unclaimed wines will be made available for sale after the final date specified for pick up. Original Wine selections are not guaranteed, and substitutions may be made based on availability and inventory. Orders that remain unpaid following the initial processing are not guaranteed.
