How often will I receive wine?
Wine Club selections are released every Quarter. You will get 4 selections per year
one every Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

Can I pick or skip the wine I get in my selections?
No, our Master Winemakers will hand pick each quarterly selection for you, although you can choose
Sweet, Dry, or Both. You cannot skip any quarterly selection, at any time. You MAY NOT request to
“trade wines” in any selection. If you wish to no longer participate in the wine club, you may cancel
your membership. You MUST send in writing an email request to: [email protected]

Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Your contract requires that you pay for and accept a minimum of two quarterly selections before you
are eligible to cancel. Cancellation before accepting two selections will result in a $40 fee.

Do I have to renew my membership every year?
No, your membership in HWC is ongoing until you request that it be cancelled. This means you will
continue to receive and be charged for quarterly selections until you cancel your membership.

How will I know when it is time to pick up my wine?
You will receive email communications with pick up information, tasting notes, pricing for quarterly
shipments, event registrations and more, so keep an eye on your inbox! You may also view the
HWC calendar on our website.  – Click the wine club tab for all information.

What happens if I miss the pickup time?
Once the time for pick-up has passed, wine selections will not be guaranteed.
You may receive a comparable wine selection. You may also contact us and request that your selection
be shipped.  We will process a shipping fee of  $25 plus tax.  Wines not picked up or shipped may be
subject to forfeit after 90 days.

Can I have my wine shipped?
Pick-up customers can request shipping by sending an email to [email protected].
Shipping charges will apply, and you must have a valid shipping address that we can legally ship to.

Do I get a discount on all the wine I buy?
No, your 20% discount applies to the quarterly selections only. However, at least twice a year we will have a members-only wine sale where you can purchase additional bottles at a substantial discount.
