How many Comp Tastings do Wine Club Members get?
Each membership will receive 24 Comp Tastings per year, issued each year on March 1^st.

Do Wine Club Members and Co-Members each get a Tasting Card?
Each membership will be issued a single card good for 24 total Comp Tastings, to be shared between Member and Co-Member.

What if my Co-Member wants their own card?
You have options! Members and Co-Members may purchase a second Tasting Card, with 24 additional Comp Tastings, for $144 (50% off Retail Tasting price), or Co-Members may join the Wine club with their own, separate account, for only $20. (All HWC Member terms ad conditions would apply)

Who is eligible to use the Comp Tastings?
Anyone you like! A Member or Co-Member must be present to redeem Comp Tastings, but otherwise you may use them on yourselves, friends, family members, or total strangers.

Is there a limit to how many Comp Tastings may be redeemed at one time?
Nope! You are only limited by the number of remaining Comp Tastings on your Tasting Card. Use them for two people, 12 times a year, or bring the whole family and use all 24 at once!

Do I have to use my Tasting Card every time I do a Wine Tasting?
Your Tasting Card will be punched at any Tasting you do in our Tasting Loft or other Tasting location during regular business hours. You do not need to use your Comp Tasting punches in the designated VIP Tasting and Pick-up area on Wine Club Pick-up Weekends. However, if you opt to do a full tasting in the Tasting Loft on Pick-up weekends you will be required to pay for the Tasting or use your Tasting Card. You also will not have to use your Tasting Card at certain HWC events. (Vineyard Tours, Oktoberfest, HWC Christmas Party).

What if I lose my Tasting Card?

Lost cards will not be replaced. The value of each card is approximately $300, so treat it like cash and safeguard it accordingly. Should you wish to replace your card you may purchase one at a discount.

What if I forget to bring my Tasting Card to the Winery?

Tasting Cards must be presented at the time of the Tasting in order to redeem Comp Tastings. Should you arrive and not have your card, you may opt to pay full price for your tastings. Alternatively, you may purchase a replacement Tasting Card, with 24 additional Tastings, for $144 (50% off retail)

What if I run out of Comp Tastings during the year?

You may opt to pay full price for your tastings. Alternatively, you may purchase a replacement Tasting Card, with 24 additional Tastings, for $144, which represents a 50% discount on Retail price. You can also earn more Comp Tastings with an Ambassadors Tasting Card!

Can I get more Comp Tastings?

Yes! Ask an associate how you can earn Ambassador’s Cards, with six (6) additional Comp Tastings. Ambassadors Cards work just like Tasting Cards, but there is no limit to how many you can earn and they have no expiration date).
