Wine Club selections are released every Quarter. You will get 4 selections per year – one every Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

No, our Master Winemakers will hand pick each quarterly selection for you, although you can choose Sweet, Dry, or both. You cannot skip any quarterly selection, at any time. You MAY NOT request to “trade wines” in any selection.

Your contract requires that you pay for and accept a minimum of two quarterly selections before you are eligible to cancel. Cancellation before accepting two selections will result in a $40 fee.

No, your membership in HWC is ongoing until you request that it be cancelled. This means you will continue to receive and be charged for quarterly selections until you cancel your membership.

You will receive email communications with pick up information, tasting notes, pricing for quarterly shipments, event registrations and more, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Once the time for pick-up has passed, wine selections will not be guaranteed and replacements may be provided. You may also contact us and request that your selection be shipped. Wines not picked up or shipped may be subject to forfeit after 90 days.

Pick-up customers can request shipping by sending an email to [email protected]. Shipping charges will apply ($20-$25), and you must have a valid shipping address that we can legally ship to (states limited to AL, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY [wet counties ONLY], MI, MN, OH, TN, and TX).

No, your 20% discount applies to the quarterly selections only. However, at least twice a year we will have a members-only wine sale where you can purchase additional bottles at a substantial discount.

Each membership will receive 24 Comp Tastings per year, issued each year on March 1st.

You have options! Members and Co-Members may purchase a second Tasting Card, with 24 additional Comp Tastings, for $144 (50% off Retail Tasting price), or Co-Members may join the Wine club with their own, separate account, for only $20.

Anyone you like! A Member or Co-Member must be present to redeem Comp Tastings, but otherwise you may use them on yourselves, friends, family members, or total strangers.

Nope! You are only limited by the number of remaining Comp Tastings on your Tasting Card. Use them for two people, 12 times a year, or bring the whole family and use all 24 at once!

Your Tasting Card will be punched at any tasting you do in our Tasting Loft or other tasting location during regular business hours. You do not need to use your Comp Tasting punches in the designated VIP Tasting and Pick-up area on Wine Club Pick-up Weekends, or at certain HWC events (Vineyard Tours, Oktoberfest, HWC Christmas Party).

Lost cards will not be replaced. The value of each card is approximately $300, so treat it like cash and safeguard it accordingly. Should you wish to replace your card you may purchase one at a discount.

Tasting Cards must be presented at the time of the Tasting in order to redeem Comp Tastings. Should you arrive and not have your card, you may opt to pay full price for your tastings. Alternatively, you may purchase a replacement Tasting Card, with 24 additional Tastings, for $144 (50% off retail)
