2022 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard lots are high upon the Knobstone Escarpment on our lakeside vineyard site at an elevation of 960 ft. This is a complex and bold, dry red wine. Aged in 100% French oak and aged for 12-18 months, aromas of fig and mild dark cherry are complimented with notes of spice in the nose. On the palate, the bright fruit flavors are enhanced by light flavors of black pepper. This wine finishes with a lingering presence of coffee and dark fruit (Blueberry, Blackberry).
