Dry Stella di Luce

WINE OF THE MONTH! Stella di Luce is a rich, dry rose. In order to obtain the perfect color from our grapes, we bleed the delicate juice from a red wine maceration, with about five to eight hours of skin contact. This process yields beautiful rose-colored juices bursting with flavors and aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. We carefully select yeast and maintain cool fermentations to preserve the rich essences of the grape all the way to the glass.
